In 2024, three passionate engineers, one marriage, David and Jimena, and one of their best friends, Horacio, got together with the purpose of building bridges between Colombian Specialty Coffee growers and the world, make Colombians truly  Specialty Coffe Enthusiasts, and improve the quality of life and coffee of our farmers, through fair trade and knowledge transfer.

 

Unfortunately in Colombia, there is a lack of opportunities for those passionate coffee growers the really take care and put huge effort to obtain the best beans. There is a lack of knowledge and funds to improve their processes and quality controls. They feel fearful to switch from some of their more resistant varieties but less appealing ones in terms of organoleptic attributes, to more exotic and complex ones, that can captivate the most exclusive palates. So we knew, we were here to help. 

As engineers, we are committed to quality, we understand that coffee is a pandora box of thousands of compounds and aromatics that tele-transport us to the rain forests and beautiful mountains of Colombia, when we understand how to appreciate them. So we really take care of all the processes from the selection of the beans at the farm and the processes to elevate its attributes, until the selection, packaging and delivery.
